Managing storage and archiving a gallery

Every plan has a real storage quota. Here's what happens when you're close to it, and how archiving works.

Storage quotas by plan

• Free -- 2GB
• Starter -- 25GB
• Solo -- 50GB
• Pro -- 100GB
• Studio -- 250GB
• Agency -- 1TB

Your dashboard shows a live storage bar so you always know where you stand.

If you're at your limit

You're never forced to delete client work. You have two real options:

• Upgrade your plan -- see changing your plan.
• Archive an older gallery -- a flat $5.00/mo per gallery, billed as its own separate subscription. An archived gallery stays fully live and purchasable for your clients, but its photos stop counting against your storage quota. Turn "Stop archiving" back off any time to move it back under your regular plan quota.
